Wah Fung serves up the best cha siu over rice (Chinese-style BBQ pork) this side of the Great Wall. The line is long, but it’s worth the wait. $2.50 gets you a generous portion of cha siu, chopped up before your very eyes and heaped over rice. If you’re not a pork fan, try the duck or chicken instead.
